The Workshop

Catherine Field is the maker behind Splendid Wren Ceramics. This workshop is perfect for beginners who are interested in trying hand-building and in particular the technique of pinching clay to make pots. Participants will pinch two items – tumbler/cup/small planter.

All participants MUST wear covered shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. All materials and resources are provided.  We’ll keep you topped up with lovely fragrant teas and sparkling water.

Your fabulous handbuilt pieces will be taken away for glazing and firing, Your ceramics will then be returned to SatlbushCollective studio for collection. (Please allow up to 4 weeks for the firing)

Suitable for:- Individuals, birthday party, hens’ party, bucks party.
