Payment: Full payment is needed to reserve your space at the Workshop.
You Can’t Make it: If for any reason you can’t make it to the class, re-gifting your workshop to another person is totally acceptable and good Karma. Please notify us of the name change by email. We don’t do refunds. If we receive notification 72 hours prior to workshop we will happily give you a workshop credit for the same amount to be used within 12 months. However, notification received less than 72 hours prior to the workshop receives no workshop credit.
Need to Cancel a Class: If for any unforeseen circumstances we need cancel a class at any time prior to the scheduled class, we will fully refund your workshop or offer you the opportunity to attend another class with a workshop credit of the same value to be used within a 12 month period.
Low Registration: Sometimes we have to cancel workshops due to low registration. We will send an email to notify you that this is a possibility. If a workshop has to be cancelled we will let you know at least 48 hours in advance and offer you a refund or workshop credit to the same value, to be used within 12 months.
Gift Certificates: We offer Gift Certificates (GC) for studio workshops. You can purchase one or more through the website. Please note that the GC’s are sent as an attachment. Please ensure at the cart you put the name and email address of the person who will receive the GC. If you have received a GC and want to apply it towards an upcoming workshop, please email us asap, so we can complete the registration process. See above rule “if you can’t make it”.
Other: Workshops are intended for students 16 years and older unless otherwise specified. If a there is a workshop that you would like to bring your child to please inquire. Many workshops would work for younger participants working next to a parent or adult. Wheelchair access.
Parking: Parking around the studio is pretty easy. Look for North Fort Road & Art Precinct sign along North Head Scenic Drive. Head up and veer right. Follow road to the end. Check that you are not blocking any access points for others.
Food: You’ll be offered fragrant organic teas/drinks and something to nibble on. For longer workshops you are welcome to bring your own lunch. If you would like to get food on the way, there are a multiple choices in Manly before you head up the hill. Also fabulous Bella Vista Cafe at North Head open all day.
